Know before you go
- We will pick you up in a minibus from your hotel or nearby at least one hour prior to the cruise. We will send you the exact location after the reservation.
- CRUISE SHIP GUESTS, your tender boats drop you off at the Old Port of Fira, and WE CAN NOT PICK YOU UP from there since there is no road access. You will need to take the cable car to reach our office in Fira and be there at least one hour before the start of our sailing cruise. Let us know what time the first tender arrives and the last one departs from the old port. We need to make sure that you have enough time to return.

- Children under 12-years-old must be accompanied
- Alcoholic drinks will be denied for those under 18 years old
- Our customers need to send us copies of their passports (scanned images/photos) preferably shortly after booking the cruise, or at least 2 days before the cruise
Do you offer transportation to/from the hotel/marina?

What is the capacity limit of the vessels?
The capacity limit of the Semi Private Catamaran Cruises varies, depending on the Cruise you will book, from 10 to 16 guests onboard.
Do you provide snorkeling equipment, water toys like SUP boards, canoes or towels onboard?
On Semi or Private Daily Cruises, we provide standard snorkeling equipment and towels onboard. On Private Cruises and Charters to other islands, upon request and at an extra charge, we also offer SUP boards and canoes for all the private cruises to defriend Islands
Are there any vegetarian or vegan options for the onboard meal?

Embarkation and/or disembarkation at the Fira Port which is the capital of Santorini is possible and can be accommodated on Private Cruises.
Will I be able to join a Catamaran cruise if I get easily seasick and/or cannot swim?
In case you are concerned about seasickness, we provide travel gums onboard, and the crew is always there to make you feel comfortable and provide tips to ease the situation and help you enjoy the cruise to the fullest. If you are not a good swimmer and do not wish to swim, you can remain onboard and indulge yourself in our open bar offering, as well as the traditional Greek dishes prepared by our crew, made with the finest and freshest ingredients. Last but not least, every vessel is fully equipped with life jackets, as our top priority is every guest’s safety.
What is your cancellation policy?
Regarding semi-private cruises, no fee is charged for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the charter date. Regarding private cruises, no fee is charged for cancellations made 4 days prior to the charter date. Cancellations made after said dates apply 100% cancellation fees. No extra fee is required to change your reservation date. However, reservations are subject to availability. The itinerary of a cruise is also subject to changes due to weather conditions (wind, mostly). In case of cancellation due to severe weather conditions, 100% of the amount is refunded.
